So my friend accepted the RAF invitation and also upgraded his account to WotLK and paid 3 months in full. Yet my referral page say account linked but only "Signed up for trial"

Should I be getting the mount, grant level and 300% exp bonuses?

:( I was hoping a GM could fix it just like Harlsoco did with this thread:

Give me one second, Constannce. Let me check on this and I will get back to you shortly.

So it appears as though your friend created a new account rather than upgrade the Recruit-A-Friend trial.

Let me do a bit more research on the issue. In the meantime, I need for you both to completely exit the game at this time. Please update the thread once you have done so.

You may both log back into the game at this time.

So out of curiosity, did you just do a RAF link to an existing account to fix this problem?

It is a bit more involved than that, Yrrepydna, and several stipulations need to be met before we are able to assist with an issue of this nature.

With that said, if it is an RAF issue I am able to assist with, I do so. Otherwise, I will refer you to Account Services. : )
