Quest (Non-Quest) Bug/Goofiness

I'm an avid non-quester and have done my best to avoid them. I won't say I look at it daily, but today I just noticed that I somehow completed 1 quest. I'm fairly certain that I have no completed a quest and in the event that I did it would have been completely by accident.

Is there a quest complete credit for something like learning first aid or something that effect that just shows up? I know most quests that are selfcompleting (never hit the log) require you to have completed a quest before.

Anyone who doesn't quest seen this?
