Names and stuff?

Halloo again peeps! Just my second topic of the year: Naming characters and stuff?

We'll start off with character naming:
Last time this character had a vulgar/stuffy name, but I would like to know if naming characters after npcs(I had a Death Knight named Lilliandrah) but I was aware of the naming policy given that there is an Non-Player Character named Lilliandra in Argent vanguard; I don't ever bother reading some of the rules so I am stuck here!

Now, for "accidental" exploitation.
There is this Heroic Lootship glitch in Icecrown Citadel; I was not the raid leader so I did not know what was even going on; the question is: Who would be banned for the glitch if I were involved in the raid?

Many NPCs are on the reserved list so even trying to name a character the same simply will not work.

As far as exploitation, if you unwittingly witness something of this nature - I'd place a petition. That will make a permanent record at the very least :)
