GM Ticket - sort of answered?

First off let me say I gave all good reports on the survey, the GM was very helpful and maybe Im not reading into his message enough.

On the realm Dalaran, character Drakov I sent in a ticket asking about three names (kind of like most wanted to least wanted) and if they could be released. I know under certain circumstances names can be made available (was done for this character as a matter of fact).

So my ticket asks about:

Name A
Name B
Name C

edit: Actual character names for GM eyes only, you dirty ninjas! =P

About 2 days later I receive a response that would be happy to help and have made Name B available! Cool! They did not comment on name A & C however. I had just assumed they didn't because they couldnt be made available.

Im only posting here in hopes of any clarification so I don't have to put in another ticket and take up dead weight in the queue when other people probably need more dire help.
