Can i get deleted characters back?

A while back i logged onto my account and notice that all of my characters were deleted. I am not sure how they were deleted but i was really upset about it. So much so i decided to quit WoW. I have since started playing again and my friend had told me the GMs may be able to restore my characters since they were deleted. Is there any way i can get my deleted characters restored?

The characters in question are
Skull troll hunter on the US nathrezim realm level 80
Heartstruck tauren death knight on the US nathrezim realm level 80
KaÃŸle blood elf paladin on the US nathrezim realm level 80
