Any chance of getting banned?

There was this guy in /2 spamming "Giving away stuff at IF bridge" (his name was Hereyougo). I got about 1000g in items from him, and my step-father got 1000g cash money from him, which he gave to me because I tipped him off.

Now, an hour later, I'm like "oh Removed, I might get banned for this.." if a GM sees that much money transferred with nothing in exchange.

Would it be possible to put a note on our accounts to state this? I really do not want to get banned and I'm sure he doesn't want to either. The chat-logs would support us, and nothing malicious happened. I just feel like I took a risk there that to the untrained eye may seem suspicious.

If the gold in question was stolen, they may be reclaimed from you Iamesauce. However, no action against your account would be taken if this gold was received legitimately. If there's no evidence of wrong doing by you, you should not receive any negative penalties.

We can certainly tell the difference between, say, a person purchasing gold and a person receiving a gift.
