We do not have realm specific Game Masters, Japala, our In-Game Support staff addresses petitions in the order they are received. The only exception is that they are unable to handle petitions on realms that they also play on.

This has been an increasing issue, where people will essentially spam their message in order to be heard, only guaranteeing that most messages will not be. We encourage those on realms that are doing this to use the Report Spam feature to report this behavior. Simply right click on the line of chat and select Report Spam. This will not only ignore the account for that play session but it will also send a report for review. This method is only truly effective though when multiple people use it. So encourage your friends to report spamming violations when they find them.
Report Spam should not be used to report violations of our harassment policy such as inappropriate language or content. It is intended to be used to report gold advertisements, player spam and the body part [ability] spam that occurs.

Again, such advertisement should be reported via the Report Spam feature. Whole guilds may boast what they wish, as long as they are abiding by our Terms of Use. Our policies are reactive though, Japala, you must report possible violations of our Terms of Use for it to be reviewed and appropriate actions taken.

This is more of what you have already said and I can only reinforce my advice that it is important to report such violations for review. Our Developers are aware of the issue with the flying Orcs and they are working to implement a way to prevent it, in the meantime please report this by submitting an in-game petition. Including the keywords "Body Advertisement" or "Body Spam" plus where they are located (i.e. Orgrimmar Bank, Stormwind Auction House) will help our In-Game Support staff to locate these issues and have it addressed as quickly as possible.

Depending on what languages you speak may limit communication as our main support is English based for North American servers. We will still endeavor to speak with you, not to chat but to help when we are able to.

Your petitions aren't treated with any greater or lesser importance, Japala. As I said you must report these possible violations. Looking at your petition history I'm unable to find any petitions submitted regarding any of the issues you mentioned thus far.
You don't need to install an addon nor are you expected to do the job of our In-Game Support staff but you do need to report possible violations when you find them.
Think of a realm as your neighborhood, though law enforcement may patrol from time to time the majority of their investigations are started because a citizen has called in to file a complaint.
