Banned Account

My friend got a keylogger on his account after he had quit wow. Blizzard then banned the account because they picked up a keylogger. And when he sends an email, all they do is send him troubleshooting. He can't get into his account because the keylogger changed the password and put an authenticator on it. It was recently too, because he tried to sign in a few weeks ago and just said it was frozen, now it says it's been banned due to keylogging. Please help.

Please have your friend run virus scans and secure his account. He can recover his account by calling Billing and Account services here:
