I posted on tech issue forum where it languished till a blue told me to email Blizz and deleted the thread. I did.
I waited several days for a response.
Lindsay from Blizz responded, reset password to "fix" it and after several back and forth emails explaining it still isn't fixed, guess what?
Still ain't fixed!
If my customer service were this poor anywhere I ever worked, either I would be unemployed or the company would quickly be out of business.
No need calling them, 2 hours waiting on phone Q just isn't worth it.
