GDKP . What is Blizzard's stance on it?

I'm just curious as to what's blizzard's stance on gdkp as a loot option.
I have been in many GDKP raids where everything goes fine.
However, lately there has been a lot of scamming and ninjaing of the gold after the raid.

Loot rules are stated at the beginning of the run.
Usually if the raid leader doesn't abide by those rules, it's considered a scam.
I've been noticing lately that the GMs aren't really taking much action such
as banning the scammer for more than 1 day nor redistributing the gold that was taken.

GDKP, is not a support method of loot distribution. This player driven form of looting is not currently prohibited but players participate at their own risk. If you believe a scam has taken place you are welcome to report it and we will investigate your claims, taking what actions we deem appropriate based on the violations of our policies that are verified.

Even in such cases when a scam is verified though we may not be able to provide further restoration or redistribution of items/gold.

The only true looting method that may be looked is our Master Loot system. The Master Looting system was originally intended to be used by friends/guilds, those who have a level of trust amongst themselves, since the Master Looter is given full power to decide where the items go.

If firm looting rules are established, and those rules are violated, we may intervene and take action based on our scam policy. More information on this can be found in the following Support Article.
