LVL RESTRICTIONS STILL NOT LIFTED !!! This is becoming extremely frustrating. Ive read multiple threads of poeple experiencing similar issues. I downloaded trial through RAF and with a few days left upgraded to classic WoW. That was last night at 10pm. let me make this perfectly clear, I understand that some trial restrictions will remain in place for up to 72 hours. However my copy of the game is still acting as a trial version. ALL restrictions are still in place. Blizzard employees keep replying thread after thread the same information that i can find on a FAQ page, this is not useful. what in the H is going on here?

I would like for you to try something for me, Whót.

Can you please exit the game completely and locate the World of Warcraft folder on your computer. Inside of this folder you will see a Cache folder. I need for you to delete this folder. Don’t worry as this folder will create itself when the game restarts.

Re-launch the game and create a level 1 character. Completely log into this character for at least 20-30 seconds. Log out of this character and log back into the level 20 character. Please try killing a mob that will produce XP and see if you are able to hit level 21.

If the above is not successful, try resetting the password on the Battle.net account. Resetting the password is different than simply changing the password. To reset the password, follow the on-screen prompts here:

There is currently an issue with players being able to log into the game, Whót. Rest assured this issue is being addressed and will hopefully be resolved soon.

When you are able to log back into the game, ping the thread again with the results.
