Can you unlock my Character Customization?

I just did a race change and on this guy and messed up on the visuals (I admit my own fault) so I went and ordered up the Character Customization. I had minimized WoW (volume muted and totally forgot WoW was open) while I did the transaction, shortly after I got the email and it said BILLED. In my account it had unlock in the transactions but when I clicked unlock it gave me this message:

An error has occurred.

Is it possible for a GM to fix the unlock? I'd be very grateful for you help.
