Guild Bank Items Disappeared

I have two accounts, and all of my characters belong to a guild I created, <Lateralus>. Yesterday I passed the guild leader from one of my characters to another, and when I did that almost all of the items in my guild bank disappeared. I googled this issue and found that other people have encountered this issue and that there were two solutions that seem to work. First was to have everyone in the guild log out for 30 minutes, however, that didn't work for me. The second solution was to wait until the server maintenance and let that reset the guild bank, however, this week the servers never went down and I don't think my guild bank was ever reset. This is a very frustrating issue since I have 5 guild bank tabs full of items which I suddenly can't access. Please help me resolve this issue asap.

This is actually a known issue that can happen while exchanging leadership. One possible work around is to have everyone from the guild load out of the game completely for a period of 45 minutes.
