New Phone...authenticator needs reset

I have just installed my new phone and tried to log into game and my authenticator codes have reset which does not allow me to login.

What are the steps I need to take to get Blizzard to disable my current authenticator and allow me to hook up my new one.

A call to Billing may very well resolve this - a lot depends on our ability to verify your identity. We are VERY careful about removing authenticators....and that is for your protection.

If they can't do it over the phone for you, they can supply you with further steps.

Actually - the Australian number should work from a landline there.
