Account was hacked, have some questions

So I feel for one of those fake e-mails that were very convincing, I managed to secure my account and my e-mail account and everything seems to be ok now, however I have no gold and lost alot of my item...

So my question is there anyway to get the stuff back? Is that possible or am I just going to have to deal with it?

I'm unable to guarantee the return of your items or gold, Iikai, but know that our Game Masters will step in and attempt to reunite our players with any lost characters / items or gold, whenever possible. I believe restoration times are running less than 24 hours at this time, so you should hear back from them by the end of today. This is only based off of the information available to me, and is by no means a guarantee of the timeframe your restoration may take. Please understand that each investigation is different, so individual investigations may take more or less time than that. Also, the wait for a completed investigation can fluctuate substantially based on the number of requests submitted to the queue in a given period of time.

I have checked on your investigation none the less, and can confirm that it is still in queue awaiting review.
