I got hacked!

I took a break from wow and when i came back i could not log on my account. I have changed my password but there is an authenticator on that i can no access and i did not put on. If you could take off the authenticator so i could logg back on my account I would really appreciate it. This is my alt account. My main is the account that has been hacked. Please help me!

While you are attempting to contact our Billing and Account Services department to have the Authenticator removed, Dastan, please review the following thread for more information on how to handle a compromise as well as what measures you can take to check your account and computer security.

In addition to call you may also want to e-mail regarding the Authenticator, that way if you are unable to get through your e-mail can be addressed when processed.
