Ok so I made a level 1 shaman, and then grinded out 3 boa items in one day, then sent the items to my shaman. Well I logged for a minute and came back and realized I didn't like the name of my shaman, so I deleted him, not realizing that I had sent the boas to him. I know the name of the 3 boas and this all happened TODAY. Please if there's any way to get my boas back that would be great.

Best bet would be to open an in-game ticket and explain the situation. The GM's will look into it for you.

Good luck :)

That would be my recommendation as well. Though no restoration can be guaranteed odds are good that we'll be able to help. :)

do I have do be online after I fill out the ticket? And if not how will they contact me?

You do not. Just make sure there is enough information in the petition so we can help. Make sure you include the character name and realm, though you may also want to include the level/race/class and let them know that the character should have some Bind on Account items that you accidentally left on it. :)

Once a member of our In-Game Support staff is able to get to your petition they will look into your request. If they are able to grant it, which seems likely, they will simply restore the character and you should see that your petition icon has changed to indicate the Game Master has provided a response. They may also send an e-mail to your registered address giving you the results.

In some cases the Character Selection screen does not immediately update so if we were able to grant the request and you do not see the character just create and delete a new character on the realm and that should force the list to update.

Good luck!
