You seem to be looking at the wrong Moon..... realm, Alcahealic. It seems you selected Moonrunner and not Moon Guard when you initiated your transfer.
Because this was recently done it may be possible to undo it. I'd recommend contacting our Billing and Account Services department and let them know what happen.
