My character vanished on paid server x-fer

My druid whom I am posting with on this forum was moved via paid transfer services from the Dalaran server to Moonguard. But after the transfer was finished I logged on and cannot find my character anywhere. It seems to have vanished on me. Any customer service help would be appreciated.

You seem to be looking at the wrong Moon..... realm, Alcahealic. It seems you selected Moonrunner and not Moon Guard when you initiated your transfer.

Because this was recently done it may be possible to undo it. I'd recommend contacting our Billing and Account Services department and let them know what happen.

I'd avoid logging into the character until the matter is resolved.
