How many tickets do I have open?

My UI was bugging and every time I attempted to open a ticket, the "You have an open ticket" never appeared.

It was about a harassment issue with someone circumventing the ignore feature. And no, I never responded to them. :P Slapped their behinds on ignore and went on my way.

Nope, it looks like only one petition was entered. :) It is currently waiting in queue to be addressed.

Queue times are currently around 1-2 days at the moment as well a compromise investigations, like the one you have in, Torxe. :)
