Question on reporting a player

When a player uses Ascii codes in their name on a regular server is that in violation and if so where do you report it ? Thank you

There was a time these were not allowed, but that particular rule has since been removed.

You can report him, if you can't type his name exactly you could mention there is an ASCII A in his name.

Say, it's some concoction of Daniel - the A is an ascii. You could also present it was D_niel.

If you report such a thing right away, it's not a very difficult matter to figure out who you are referring to :)
