My account is frozen?

So my WoW account has been on a recurring billing set to my PayPal since I've started playing. Today I try to log in and it said my paid service has expired. I recall going to my account earlier in the week to check out the beta stuff and seen my account would expire on the 19th (today). So I made nothing of it and went to redo it. I redid my sub again via my PayPal and seen my status was "pending". I leave for a hour and come back to my status being back on "Frozen". I know the realms are having some difficulties right now and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it. Help?

Also, I am posting on my cousins account because apparently I can't post a bug report since my account has no paid characters. LOL.

Well, I'd need at least a character name/realm on the account in question to be able to find it :)

I may not be able to see much, this is really an area for Billing, but I'd be happy to see what I can find.
