Possibly blocking Beta?

On my battle.net account I had thought that the way to get to beta was to grab the public test realm downloader and be in that way. I now know that is not the case. But because of how it is set up there is only one more slot open in the list of three types(i.e. Main Account, PTR[WOW1] are used) the one open asks about adding a trial account. Would it be possible to remove the PTR account from my battle.net account?

Having the PTR account associated to the Battle.net account does not have an impact on your ability to be able to accept a beta invitation, Fendorn.

Players that would like to participate in the beta will want to opt-in through the Beta Opt-In feature, which it seems as though you have.

Good luck!

It will automatically appear from what I have been told...though I cannot confirm this as I have not received an invite.

Yes, it will automatically appear on the account, Paarker.

Once you have logged into Battle.net Account Management, you would click the "Account" link in the upper right corner of the screen. Located under "My Game Accounts" in the World of Warcraft section you will see "World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Beta". Keep in mind; it may take up to 24 hours for this option to appear once the invitation has been sent.
