Queue times for escalated issues are around 1-2 days, depending on the issue. Leave your petition open and your request will be reviewed.

Though I would recommend that you edit your current petition and include the name of the items you are referring to.

Remember, edit, do not close. Editing will retain your place in queue, if you close out your petition and open a new one you start at the beginning.

How long you have been in queue? 1 day 4 hours, 39 minutes and it still doesn't appear that you have edited your petition with the information I advised you to.

To give you an idea of why I am giving you that advice, Boltz, when the Game Master addresses your petition they will look into what you are requesting. "Some boa gear" is not an entirely clear description of the items you are talking about so they will most likely send you an in-game response asking you to list the names of the items in question and then they will close out your petition.

Though you will have the option to select "Need More Help" which will be addressed faster than the first petition, it will take time to get to your issue again.
