i love your customer service. or at least the phone service. i got hacked recently, the online in game gm's where crap, wouldnt help me a bit and just brushed me off, the person on the phone helped me round out everything, retrieved my account email from the hackers, reset my password, and even contacted the restoration team for me. everything was all back to normal within the hr of the call.
