Are you by chance trying to change the name of the particular character to a name you had previously, Noriku?

If not, can you please provide me the character name and realm of the character in question so I may take a look?

Have you deleted the level 1 alt?

If not, delete the level 1 alt and exit (not just log out) the game completely.

Next, open a new browser window and delete the cookies, cache, temp files, etc. Log into Account Management again and attempt to perform the name change.

If you receive an error, please update the thread with the exact text of the error message and on what step you received the error on.
