Reasonable wait time?

I know that every ticket cant be answered within minutes or even hours, but does it ever get to the point where abandoning and submitting another ticket on the same issue would do any good?

Tomorrow will be day 2 of having an open ticket and I am doing my best to be patient knowing they are understaffed and doing their best. Im afraid that if it goes into day 4, I might get a bit upset and flip my keyboard and knock my glass of water across the room haha.

If you ever want to see our current queue times, Aaer, they are always available twice daily up on our Twitter feed. Twitter is free to use, and does not require a log in to view, so feel free to check it out. >^.^<

Please [b]never*/b] abandon your petition to place a new one. That will reset your place in queue, and you'll have to start all over again, and that would make me a sad kitty. >u.u< Feel free to edit your petition, however, if you wish to provide more information - this will not affect your place in queue at all.

Q u o t e:

Im assuming it was a bug. Not sure why your wait was long because i recently had a problem, and my ticket was answered in a hour or so.

Different issues take different amounts of time, Thorleif - with some, our Game Masters are able to address them much more swiftly, and with others, they may require more research. There are also others, like issues where your character is stuck, that are specifically 'hunted out' so that we can resolve them right away.

I totally understand your frustration, Silentium, but I am afraid we do not have an expedited queue, nor are the forums a place to advance your petition wait time. In order to efficiently and fairly address each player's issue, we must take all petitions in the order that they are received.

I can, however, provide some advice regarding your issue to ensure that the Game Master who answers it has all the information they might need to address you, regardless of your online status.

You may want to include that the character you are trying to name recently completed both a Faction and Server transfer.
