My BLIZZARD addon isn't working (hint hint)

I guess I wasn't specific enough, like I thought. I deleted the post before it got any replies, because I didn't want to waste forum space. The addon is:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\Blizzard_InspectUI.pub

I never had any problems, but I was asking around in game the fastest way to earn honor. Someone asked me how I lived with only having ~5000 honor. I asked him how he knew that, and he said if you inspect people you can see their honor. But after I inspected him, I didn't see their honor! It was hidden. I asked around in trade chat and everyone confirmed that you're normally able to do this. It also made sense - some stranger off the street knew my honor. But in the Blizzard_InspectUI file, mine specifically hid the honor tab! I only changed "Hide" to "Show" to fix this, but upon logging in it automatically changed back. I was pretty confused, so I tried again. Same thing - it altered itself. So I just deleted the thing. And on log in it reappears, in all its monsterous, hideous glory =(. Am I in error or is the addon in error? And more importantly are there any suggestions to help me fix it?
