My Friend and I did the RAF thing, He Sent me the Invite and i went and bought the battle chest. Our accounts are linked but i'm still not getting 3X the Xp and hes running right next to me. i though that if i payed 2 months that i would be able to get it but i didnt any idea's?

Could you give me the name of the two characters you and your friend are playing together, as well as the realm name, Velartian? I want to make sure the accounts are linked properly. =)

Stepping in here for the other trainee as it's their weekend. :)

After reviewing your issue it appears that the accounts are linked correctly and you should be getting the bonus experience.

Can you open your combat log and check if you see the bonus XP?
    Triple experience will be noted in your Combat Log as follows:"Player gains 'X' experience ('Y' exp Refer-A-Friend bonus)"

    The "X" value represents the total amount of experience gained, while the "Y" value represents how much extra experience is gained as a result of the Recruit-A-Friend promotion.
Let me know if you continue to experience problems with recruit-a-friend.

Which rewards are you referring to, Velartian? The in-game benefits such as the bonus experience, or the mount and free month of play time?

Your accounts seem to be properly linked, but if you are continuing to have trouble receiving experience or summoning one another, you will need to contact Billing & Account services. If your friend has not received their mount or play time, that may be because of payment processing. For example, if you paid for your 2 months required to qualify your friend for the mount via a subscription-based payment plan, he will not receive the mount until after your first free 30 days expire, and then your 2nd billing period completes. This means it can take up to 60-70 days for this to process (counting the trial period).

If you paid with a pre-paid 60-day game card instead, then he should have received his rewards immediately. Again, if he is having trouble with this, he will need to contact Billing & Account Services.
