To further expound on this. It is very common for people to boast that nothing will happen. In most cases they are simply trying to mislead you into thinking that what they say is true. I know many people who are discouraged by such statements and don't submit a petition. In other cases they may actually believe what they say because someone claimed that they have reported the person for such language and nothing happened, in truth they were likely never reported.
We have two main goals. One is to educate our players and make sure that they understand our policies and that certain language and subject matter is not appropriate for this Teen rated game. The second is to ensure that this game remains a fun and safe environment.
To this end we have developed our Penalty Volcano.

Each type of violation generates a specific penalty based on severity, these penalties also stack so depending severity and what other actions the account has received in the past it could or could not end in a suspension. What is almost certain is if someone persists in such inappropriate behavior they may find themselves with a bit of a forced vacation from the game.
Though we are unable to revel what actions were taken or even if they were taken please note that we take this type of behavior very seriously. Please report any behavior that you feels violates our Terms of Use and it will be looked into and addressed accordingly.
