Account problem

My first account was left inactive for awhile. I came back to WoW about a year ago and the account was merged to a battlenet account. I called Blizz and was told too much time has passed. It's been well over a year and I'm still receiving emails about the cool Starcraft II game I bought. This morning it was a celestial steed code and a receipt. How can you make it stop?
