Empty guild bank...

We recently switched leadership, and I understand there's a glitch sometimes when this happens. Well, we had no one online for several hours (bed time!), and it's still empty with no log reports of anyone taking anything. Is there anything I can do outside of sitting on a GM ticket? I was hoping maintenance would reset it, but once again, there isn't any =(

If you have a petition in, please do leave it open.

I'm unsure if there is really anything on our side we can do to prompt that updating, but we can take a look. NORMALLY when this happens, it rectifies itself on it's own once everyone is offline for a period of time - and of course maintenance will force an update as well.

Thankfully this is fairly rare, not that is much comfort when it's your guildbank involved.

I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
