I did a 25 ICC pug where I legitmately won the roll for Deathbringer's Will. The master looter accidentally gave it to a shaman, who then proceeded to ninja-log from the raid without following the orders of the ML to trade DBW to me. Is there any way I could get this fixed?

The Master Looter could petition, however, it's not at all normal practice to remove an item from a player once awarded and in their possession.

He could certainly ask. He'd need to make the petition to have this investigated at all, only he and the recipient have a standing on the item at this point.
