Fishing Griefing?

Wondering if players following your fishing lure around in Dalaran with the intent of making you miss your catches in Dalaran is against the tos. I'm trying to fish coins in the fountain on this character and an alliance toon named <edited> is following my lure around so I am unable to click it when a fish bites.

This could indeed be considered harassment/zone disruption.

Please do petition in if this is ever an issue so we can look into it.
