Deleted BoA items by accident, help!

I sent two BoA items, Preened shoulders and chest piece, from my Draenei Shaman to my newly made Orc Shaman. I deleted the Orc at level 1 because I messed up his skin tone, unfortunately forgetting about the mail. I remade the Orc with the same name and now the BoAs are gone. I opened a ticket about three days ago and Blizzard has yet to respond. Please help!

Now that I do the math, I notice now that the ticket hasn't been open for not nearly three days. Sorry for the confusion.
