This is not trolling. It's an issue. GM's

Since my last post was deleted and apparantly was worthy of my getting threatened to lose my posting rights although I was simply explaining situations where GM's have completely overlooked issues. I come forth as a customer now, with an issue. GM assistance. I have said nothing offensive in this thread, Orlyia. Let's see if anyone else has something to say about it.

Trolling isn't allowed here Hez.

I'm still not seeing an issue.

What can I help you with today?

I'm not trolling. Now that you actually acknowledge me and not silence me. And Sephing, nobody in the right mind would give a troll their email to a troll. If she did then that's partly her program, but I can assure you that she almost positively wouldn't.

Orlyia, this is a Customer Service Forum, correct? Then why was I silenced when I came here with an issue that needed to be serviced. You can check the ticket logs, if Blizzard even keeps them. These situations are true. I had to follow up on my ticket just to speak with someone who sounded like they wanted to help. And I even had somewhat hard of a time believing them. With permission, although I know it is going to get flagged as trolling and denied. I request to quote my last post.

You had no issue, Hez - you were making vague generalizations.

If you have an issue with the way any petition is handled, you are more than welcome to follow-up with another, using the need more info on the petition itself, or report said interaction to [email protected].

This forum is not to rehash such matters.

You don't know what would have been done as we cannot tell you. To make presumptions and accusations is out of line. We can see far more than you may think. You are best served when making any petition, to include as much pertinent detail as possible.

Now, again. Is there a current issue you need assistance with?

I can assure you that there would have been no action taken, since there was no name. Though the GM did say that there was action taken. This is not rehashed, the Halaa ticket occurred maybe 2 weeks ago and the Harassment issue occurred tonight, an hour or so ago. I was expecting a response that was general and unhelpful. Every customer should be talked to with just as much effort as any other. There is no reason one customer should get a response from a GM when another gets a live conversation.

You seem to be under the impression we are obligated to speak to you, Hez. Such is not the case. Your monthly fee covers realm access, that's it. We do help players whenever possible, but we are not bound to your expectations of a conversation.

Your petition said "friend is being harassed", do you really think that is enough for us to go on?

Your friend is the one that should be reporting this first off - third party reports aren't going to do a lot of good, although with enough information we might have looked into things further.

Is there something I can assist with? Something that actually pertains to YOU that the Game Master department can assist or address? If not, I'll be closing this thread as well.

Trying to help a friend while admirable - is not the way the system works.

If your friend doesn't see fit to report this opening petitions on your own with such sketchy information is certainly not the proper approach.

Again, have your friend report this.
