Orlyia, this is a Customer Service Forum, correct? Then why was I silenced when I came here with an issue that needed to be serviced. You can check the ticket logs, if Blizzard even keeps them. These situations are true. I had to follow up on my ticket just to speak with someone who sounded like they wanted to help. And I even had somewhat hard of a time believing them. With permission, although I know it is going to get flagged as trolling and denied. I request to quote my last post.

I can assure you that there would have been no action taken, since there was no name. Though the GM did say that there was action taken. This is not rehashed, the Halaa ticket occurred maybe 2 weeks ago and the Harassment issue occurred tonight, an hour or so ago. I was expecting a response that was general and unhelpful. Every customer should be talked to with just as much effort as any other. There is no reason one customer should get a response from a GM when another gets a live conversation.
