Did a recustomization instead of race change.

I accidentally bought a recustomization instead of a same faction race change on one of my characters.

Is there some one I can contact to have this changed? Maybe reverse the charge or some way to charge the extra $10 and bump it up to a faction change? I have not used the recustomization yet.

Only Billing will be able to answer that I'm afraid.

If this is new - and especially if you didn't complete it, the chances are good they can assist. Certainly worth giving them a call.
