Arena team bugged

Hey trying to server Transfer and can not as it says i am Captain of an Arena team, Ok so i log back into the game Press (h) Click on 1 of the 2 arena teams and There is no one in it does not even list my name. I try to invite people it Does not work no errors they just dont get the invite I try using /teamquit 2v2 (and 5v5 for the 5's) it says i must Promote a captain using /teamcaptain 2v2 PLAYERNAME. Wich i can not do as there teams seem to contain 0 members. So i tried

/teamdisband 2v2 --- Did not work No errors displayed just nothing happens
/teamdisband 5v5 ---Did not work no errors displayed just nothing happens

Also tried
/script ArenaTeamLeave(1)

/script ArenaTeamLeave(2)

/script ArenaTeamLeave(3)

With no luck at all

So it seems i can not disband, promote, quit and/or add to arena teams

I figured i would get a Response from a blue on here saying an Addon may be messing with my UI so i Disabled all addons and tried again still the same.

Any idea's?
