Characters locked?

I'm only seeing a Burning Crusade trial here, Iban.

If you've purchased the full upgrade, you need to make sure you add the license to your account - nothing will upgrade on our end till that is done.

The only two characters I'm noticing on this account that would be impacted don't appear to have actually ever logged into game.
