Recruit-a-friend problem

Hello,

I just got my little cousin to play WoW, and had followed all steps detailed in the recruit-a-friend page.
We actually purchased a retail version of the game from the store, and entered it into the "upgrade" section of his account management. I also purchased 3 months playing time for him, and it was credited to his account (expires nov.19,2010).

However, when I check back on my (veteran) account, I see a linkage between our two accounts but no rewards? Not sure what's going on here, but I believe I should be receiving a 30-day extension as well as an in-game mount.

can anyone help ?

Thanks.

When an account is upgraded from a trial to classic World of Warcraft, 30 additional days is added to the account as part of the upgrade. If a method of payment is added to the account, it will not be charged until the free month has expired.

It looks as though your cousins account is not scheduled to bill for the first time until 9/29/10. When the 3-month subscription is charged, you will then receive the 1-month referral reward and the ability to claim the mount. If you would like the Recruit-A-Friend rewards immediately, you may wish to add a 60-day prepaid Game Card to his account.
