Account Online Upgrading - broken?

It won't let me upgrade a new account...

"The direct online upgrade option is currently unavailable. Please contact Billing and Account Services to upgrade your account, or try again at another time. "

It's the only option for me at the moment to be able to upgrade. How long do you not want my money for?

I do apologize for the inconvenience. It sounds like that portion of our site may be undergoing just a bit of maintenance.

Did you try to access that page during maintenance by chance? It could be your browser has cached that page.

I'd first try clearing your cookies/cache - and perhaps even trying another browser.
