i did call customer support and they sorta gave me the answer that sometimes the raf thing breaks which is cool or maybe i did the raf thing so long ago or maybe i messed it up when i did it or there is something else that is the root of the issue.
the lady i spoke with said she sees where i got the free month of play but didnt understand why the mount wasnt given to me either. i was told this was a gm issue and was advised to contact a gm i went to open a ticket its been several hours like maybe 17 hours since i opened the ticket and ive gotten no responce. so i came here and checked and ive seen a few post about things of this sort so maybe i miss heard the person on the phone and i was meant to make a post here and not a ticket. should i just keep on waiting for the ingame gm resonce or is here the proper place?
