I want to make sure I understand the situation, Chichical. Your friend sent you a Recruit-A-Friend invitation that was applied to his account by mistake. You have since made a Battle.net account of your own and added a StarCraft II license. You are requesting the Recruit-A-Friend account be transferred to the new Battle.net account with the StarCraft II license. Is all of this correct?
If the name registered to both Battle.net accounts are the same I do not see why Account Services would not be able to assist you with this request. However, if the names are different, both of you may wish to contact Account Services together to see if an exception can be made in this case as typically an account registered in one name cannot be transferred to another account in a different name.
