Can this be reported "huntard"

Sometimes I get "your nothing but a huntard" other times "your nothing but a retard" and I see some characters on my server have the name for example "huntard, tard,"

I also see those stuff on the forum that people would give a reverence and label me as a (huntard)

Is this banable and reportable? Because I find it disgusting, disrespect and degraded. Because I have some friends have disables and I hear that from people time to time.
