Harrassment, anything else i can do?

Hi, im just posting here in the hope that what may happen, doesn't happen.
I have submitted a ticket and want to know if there is anything else i can do.

An ex friend i had in wow has turned nasty and just threatened to post very private information in trade chat unless i send him gold.

Im extremely worried and fear that my private information is going to be posted over chat and the damage is going to be done before the ticket is seen to.

The ticket is posted on the character experiencing this issue.

This is the first serious threat he has made to me, he has been slightly harassing previously, ive just ignored it or tried to talk it out.

I wont be responding to him at all anymore, i dont have him on ignore, as if things are posted in trade, i want to be able to see it.

Any help?
I understand if i must just wait on my ticket, im just quite anxious at the moment.
