What to put in the AB "glitch" ticket

So today, I had the unfortunate experience of going against an Alliance team who were able to cap bases before the game started. I'm not about to rant about how bad Blizzard is, or whatever. But I did tell the group several times "if you don't report them, they will do it forever" and I hope I got the message across :)

But I too put in a ticket, and I was wondering exactly what info do I put in? Seeing as you can't exactly put the BG number in, I put in the time (server time, EST) and since I didn't know who actually did the "glitch"(hack?) I just put "the Alliance in this AB" and I hope that the GM would be able to see exactly who did it. I don't want to hurt the other players, but losing to something that, well, was quite impossible to stop isn't the most fun thing in the world.

Hello Nooble,

You mainly want to give a brief description of what happened during the battleground. As Waraila mentioned, if you can see who capped the base submit the following:

Character Name:
Realm:

You will not be notified of their finding, however keep in mind that they will fully investigate these reports and take any necessary actions.
