Strange Character after hack- Hacker or Bliz?

I got hacked a few months ago, and I got everything restored.

A few days ago, after my realm was down, I saw a character of a server that I don't play. I want to delete the character, because it makes me nervous that it could be from where I was hacked and someone was selling gold or something. But I also thought, what if it is a part of the Blizzard restoration process?

If I could get a blue to post on this, it would be awesome.

When your account is compromised it is very common for them to make additional characters on other realms to suit whatever purposes they have for the account.

With that said, feel free to delete any characters you wish, Kaerokitsune. We won’t create random characters on an account as part of the restoration process.
