Account Recovery - Blue Tracker

After being through about 5 emails with GMs about my account being hacked...

It went from;

Being Disabled > Email > Email > Email > Email > My finally receiving an emails saying to get my account back, I must send my drivers license photo copy, original email & account name etc to them, which will take about 2-3 weeks to finally process...

When Before, Ive recovered my account through email..

I don't see why mailing them irl is necessary?

One, I don't have a drivers license because I'm only 14 yo.

Could I phone them or is mailing the only way?

Btw this is not my main account... It's a trial one so I could post.

If you are the original account holder, this can all be worked out.

If you are not, then this never was your account.

Usually further proof of identification is not required unless an account is contested, or there is something a bit odd going on.

As a minor, yes - this should be in a parent or guardian's name.

Ok, if someone has added an authenticator recently - your email is compromised.

Can you give me a character name/realm on the account in question?

As I thought, there is some question on identity here.

I don't see an authenticator on this account, however.
