Blizzard locking my accounts

I have two accounts. I am currently traveling and in Hong Kong.
Every time I log off my accounts get locked and I need to change PW.
One of my account has an authenticator, for crying out loud.

This has not happened ONCE but EVERY TIME I LOG OFF.

What is this new blizzard idiocy?

This is correct - I'm afraid I cannot get into specifics. As the others have suggested, contacting Billing to discuss this would be your best course of action.
