Well, if they put an authenticator on an account anymore, it's certain your email is indeed insecure.
Let's just lock this down until you can get things under control - that will at least keep them out for the moment.
First thing I'd recommend is a full system sweep for malware. Then - at the very least, change your email password and preferably set up an entirely new email from a known secure system.
Once you change your email on your Battle.net account - that effectively changes your account name.
When that's done, you may even wish to contact Billing by phone for assistance in changing this - and I'd also highly recommend adding an authenticator to your account as an additional layer of security.
