Failed WOTLK upgrade twice?

Hows it going guys, im just posting here to let you know ( i actually dont know if im posting in the right place. ) ive tried to upgrade my second wow account from burning crusade to wrath of the lich king now i have emails saying that it has upgraded twice:





"You have successfully upgraded your World of Warcraft account to the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.

A transaction ID number and a copy of your upgrade verification key appear below for your reference. Please keep a copy of this information for your records.

But then i got an email today saying that it has failed to update again:

Ive tried ringing the number but unsure what to put before it as i am an australian can you please help me because i have been charged twice now and still dont have WOTLK enabled. Im going to buy a expansion pack with the cds today and enter the cd key instead of buying a digital purchase is there any way to get my money back from the 2 failed WOTLK digital purchases?

You really do need to call Billing on this, Nwtski.

You've had some recent issues and this was denied in one case - I also see two accounts here.

Did you do a security sweep on your system around the middle of August? Looks like there may have been some unauthorized access here.
